Box honeysuckle (Lonicera nitida): growing, planting, caring

 

Lonicera nitida is a very hardy hedge. With consistent shaping and pruning, it grows into a dense, thick hedge that can be shaped as desired. It has an attractive green color, similar to boxwood and the fine-textured foliage makes for an attractive contrast with boxwood or any other evergreen hedge.
